BYD India Expands To Eight Key Cities

Chinese electric vehicle brand, BYD has commissioned dealerships in eight key cities of India with six new partners through its subsidiary, BYD India Private Limited (BYD India). The cities include Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi, Mumbai, New Delhi and Vijayawada. The new (dealer) partners include Cargo Motors (Ahmedabad), PPS Motors Group (Bangalore and Vijayawada), KUN Auto Group (Chennai), Mody Group (Hyderabad), EVM Autokraft (Kochi) and Landmark Automobiles (New Delhi and Mumbai).

Through the six new dealerships in eight key cities, BYD India will provide customers with a holistic experience in sales and service of its new e6 premium pure electric MPV.

Shrirang Joshi, Sales Head – Electric Passenger Vehicle, BYD India, said, “We have been focusing on strengthening our presence in the country and the expansion of our dealer network will enable us to take our all-new e6 premium pure electric MPV closer to our B2B customers. Our dealerships will provide focused sales consultancy as per business requirements. They will also ensure that customers get to experience our products. Our goal is to ensure that our customers feel empowered by associating with BYD India. We are witnessing an emerging demand for the premium e-MPV segment with a diversified customer base. We are confident that the premium e-MPV can match all their needs to provide a better experience.”
