MG Releases Official Photographs of The Cyberster

Days after teasing the interiors of the Cyberster, MG Motors has now revealed the first official photographs of the electric sportscar showcasing its design details.

Designed by the team at the MG Advance Design Centre in London, the two-seater electric sports car draws inspiration from the MGB Roadster. Following the company traditions, the Cyberster features round headlights that pop up when switched on and a slim grille design.

Other lighting elements on the outside include the 'laser belt' LED strip down the car's side and the door's outline. At the rear, LED taillamps are integrated flat into the back of the car, projecting a digital image that echoes MG's British heritage.

The exterior aerodynamic design features a distinct two-stage shoulder line with a flattened 'kamm tail' rear, accentuated by unusual 'hacker blade' alloy wheels. The Cyberster is expected to offer a range of 800km and deliver a 0-100km/h sprint in less than three seconds. (MT)
