Tech And Strong Supply-chain Will Bring Profitability - Srinivasa Raghavan

TVS Automobile Solutions Pvt Ltd, (TVS ASPL) acquired the service business of Mahindra First Choice Services Ltd (MFCSL), a pan-India chain of multi-brand car and two-wheeler service workshops. MFCSL will now integrate its operations with TVS ASPL. Many multi-brand service companies are struggling to survive due to multiple challenges and viability in the unorganised sector, and some of them have already closed their businesses. In a tete-a-tete with Sharad Matade, the MD of TVS ASL, G Srinivasa Raghavan, said, with the acquisition, the company will widen its presence across the country, and digital technology and a strong supply chain drive the business and bring profitability in the garages.
