Starting his career with laboratory roles at Goodyear Tyre UK in 1979 and later working as tyre compounder, Colin has worked his way through Struktol since 1988. He as played an active role for Schill + Seilacher for Struktol range of rubber processing additive products. Currently, he dons the responsibility of managing the customers in the UK and Far East Asia. Being a professional member of the UK Institute of Materials, Colin has presented papers on behalf of Schill + Seilacher at IRC conferences and at the US Rubber Division ACS meetings.

With an MSc in Operational Research from the University of Birmingham, Mike has over 20 years of experience, of which, he spent 12 years at VMI. Starting from bead wire and tyre cod manufacturing, Mike has proven his competence in wide range of aspects, including capital machinery sales and projects. In his earlier presentations, he has demonstrated how VMI has incorporated Industry 4.0 for the development of smart, connected products to increase the efficiency of a factory.

Rajiv Budhraja, is an active member of the apex Industry Association representing the Indian Tyre Industry, headquartered in New Delhi. The organisation represents most of the large tyre companies in India that account for over 95 percent of the tyre production. With a Masters Degree in Business Economics and a graduation in Economics Honours from Delhi University, Rajiv has amassed 32 years of experience in the service organisations. He has worked in the PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Confederation of Export Units, Indian Paper Manufacturer’s Association, among others. Apart from being the member of the Rubber Board of India for two successive terms, he is a founding member on Governing Council of Rubber Skill Development Council (RSDC). He represents ATMA on several government and institutional bodies.

Beginning as a mechanical designer of machines for tyre and carbon brush industry, Martin went on to work as process engineer and project manager for Hella Slovakia Signal Lighting. He is widely experienced in injection moulding machines, plastic parts handling system and raw material transport system.

With 33 Years of working experience with leading Tyre & Carbon Black Industries both in India and assignment in abroad, Dr Chandra has developed several new products, solved several product and process-related problems and guides creative professionals with diverse technical skills and provides customer technical services. Prior to holding the current position, Vasudeva Rao was the Secretary for the Indian Rubber Institute at its Karnataka branch. He was also the Head of the Technical Services at Ravi Soni Group of Companies.

Apart from being the secretary of Plastics and Rubber Institute of Sri Lanka (PRISL), he is also the management consultant ADB Project CCED Rubber Cluster Development in Sri Lanka.
